"In my journey as an international educator, I’ve realized that Mexico already has the potential—what we need is the practice.."
I’m Itzel. After more than nine years of teaching and consulting in Asia and the Middle East, I’ve returned to my roots in Hermosillo with a clear mission. Leaving my hometown allowed me to see the bigger picture of what a classroom can truly achieve.
Working alongside global communities, I learned that meaningful education isn't about sophisticated tech or complex lesson plans. It’s about empowering teachers to understand the child in front of them—their rhythm, their world, and their unique way of learning.
I create and advocate for learning environments designed for who children are, rather than who we expect them to be. This philosophy is the heartbeat of my work.
